Our Technology

Periodontal Microsurgery Instruments and Microsuture Procedures

Periodontal plastic procedures that provide the best results are performed as atraumatically as possible. This is accomplished with the use of microsurgery instruments, microsutures and magnification which add to the precision and accuracy of the grafting technique.

Computer Guided Implant Surgeries:

Specialized software used in conjunction with a 3D scan gives us precise, predictable and atraumatic surgical placement of implants.

iTero Intraoral Scanner:

iTero has led the way using 3D digital dentistry with high precision scanning power. Traditional dental impressions are replaced with highly accurate digital images from our new iTero Intraoral Scanner that is engineered to work directly with our labs.

State of the Art Sterilization Center:

Sterilization as a means of controlling bacterial contamination is an essential component of the infection control process and is vital to staff and patient safety. We take sterilization very seriously.
Proper instrument sterilization is necessary to ensure the protection of patients, doctors and staff members from various infectious diseases. A 4-phase system with CDC-recommended dividers separating each phase streamline the sterilization flow and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Utilizing the CDC – Center for Disease Control guidelines, we adhere to the guidelines for sterility. We also use the VistaPure@ ultrapure water system for our office.

Laser:

When indicated we utilize laser therapy with their narrow intense beams of light energy for specific types of periodontal and dental treatment.

Cone beam computed tomography: Mobile unit

We utilize three dimensional imaging which allows us to assess and evaluate the anatomy of the jawbone and other structures in three dimensions for accuracy in implant placement and as an added diagnostic tool for detection of pathology.

Intra-Oral Cameras and Software:

Intra-oral cameras have true High Definition for the highest diagnostic clarity with continuous focus from tooth surface to full patient portraits in 720p HD. We utilize our one device to take a full smile image and conduct a macro inspection of a patient’s tooth, recent procedure results or a suspected lesion that we are monitoring during our oral cancer examination.
